HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

From now on, you can register a return very easily online. We only need a few details from you.

After registering the return, you can purchase and download a shipping label, via the portal. Registering returns enables faster processing in the warehouse. We cannot guarantee that returns that are not pre-notified will be processed correctly.

Please note that the shipping label is valid for 5 days. So make sure you can send the return within this period.

*Italy: Please note! From Italy, a shipment cannot be returned by DHL. If you wish to register a return from Italy, a request is submitted to our customer service team via the portal. They will provide you with further instructions. You do need to register your return for this first.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We have a simple returns policy that ensures hassle-free shopping. Does your BARTS purchase still not meet your expectations? Then you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from the day you received your order.

  • Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We recommend you keep the proof of postage in the meantime, as you are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including labels. Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns with missing tags and/or original packaging.

  • Bikini bottoms and swimming costumes can only be returned if the hygiene label is still present.

  • Of course, defective items can be returned. All non-defective items that are no longer suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

  • If you are unsure about our sizing, please go to our size chart and check the measurements.

  • Please note that return costs are not covered by us. You have to pay for the return label yourself in the returns portal.

  • We would like to ask you to keep returns to a minimum, so that together we can reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary transportation.

  • Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our shops.
