B2B – In case of B2B transactions, we use your personal data (such as your contact details if this is needed for getting the goods delivered which were ordered by your company. If you don’t operate your business under a legal entity, your personal data (name, address, telephone number, Email address, payment details and order information) is solely used for getting the product(s) delivered to your business and to get in touch with you about your order or the payment, should this be necessary.

B2C – If you buy something, your personal data (name, address, telephone number, Email address, payment details and order information) is used solely for getting the product(s) delivered to you and to get in touch with you about your order or the payment, should this be necessary. If you buy for someone else, we will upon your request use their address for delivery.
The legal bases for the processing of the personal data are the performance of the contract (delivering of the goods you ordered), our legitimate interests (marketing, the proper functioning of our organization, client service), legal obligation (such as tax regulations) or your permission (newsletter).

You are not obliged to give us the personal data mentioned above. But if you do not give those personal data we may not be able to render our services to you.

Sharing of Data

We do not share your personal data with other organizations, unless this is necessary for the functioning of our website (service providers) to deliver the goods you ordered, such as shipping companies, companies we use to deliver your newsletter etc. The processing of online payments is carried out by Mollie B.V., a company specialized in the processing of online payments. We do not transfer your personal data to organizations outside the European Economic Area.

We will use all personal data as long as needed to fulfil the package delivery and handling of returns and during the extended term of 2 years after the transaction unless the law states otherwise.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will keep your Email address as long as you stay subscribed.
