Wool is a natural material that is obtained from sheep and goats, as well as camels, alpacas and yaks. Woolen yarns come in a variety of weights and textures and are warm and comfortable to wear. Woolen products make up the majority of our most premium quality of our winter collection and mostly need to be hand washed or dry cleaned. Wool has a lot of benefits, it’s very soft, breathable, durable, and it's warm when it’s cold and cool when it’s hot. We often use wool blends in our accessories to create a strong combination between both, the benefits of wool and the complementary characteristics that other yarns offer. Our accessories are available in different types of wool blends. Wool differs in softness, thickness, density, shininess, depending on its origin.

This wool yarn comes from the alpaca, a member of the South American camelids. It’s typically known for being super soft, warm and lightweight, and very strong. It’s also hypo-allergenic: which means most people who are sensitive to wool have no problems with wearing alpaca. The alpaca yarn has a luxurious look.

Known for its luxurious soft hand feel, cashmere is the softest wool type worldwide! The fiber comes from the cashmere goat: fine in texture, but strong, light and warm.

A wool fiber obtained from the long-haired bovine from the Himalayan region, surviving at altitudes sometimes exceeding five thousand meters. Yak wool is very warm and incredibly soft, but at the same time it’s light and very well insulating.

This type of wool is the finest of all wool fabrics. Merino wool comes from the Merino sheep, mostly found in Australia and New Zealand. It’s finer and thinner than the average wool yarn, which makes merino wool more flexible, softer and less itchy. It’s also breathable and cool which makes merino a good base layer during hiking or exercising. No matter the circumstances, merino wool will make you feel comfortable!
