Track order

As soon as your order has been processed, your will receive a confirmation mail including a DHL track and trace code. Click on the code and you will be directed to the website of DHL.

change ORDER

When you’ve placed and paid for your order, it’s prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is ‘completed’, you can no longer change your order. If you wish you can return the entire order or any items that you don’t want using the return procedure.

cancel ORDER

That depends on the shipping status. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.



Many countries in Europe, please look if your country is our of our shipping destinations at the checkout page.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 4 working days. It might arrive sooner, but no guarantees. It also depends to which country. Please get in touch with customer service if you need to have a more exact estimation.


The delivery costs for your order are country dependent, but start at €3,95. Delivery prices may vary during promotions and offers.

DELIVERY address abroad

Both shipping and invoice address must be in one of these countries.


Payment methods

We accept all major payment methods. including, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Mister cash, Sofort and Ideal. We do not charge extra for these services. 


Yes. You’ll receive confirmation of your order by email, including the invoice. A Return form, will be included with the items that we send to you.


Return rules

You can return an article up to 14 days after receiving it. Items that have not been worn and that still have the original label and packaging may be returned within 14 days after receiving them. You may try on the items to see whether they fit and if the model meets your expectations. You cannot exchange items. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method, to your account.

Yes, but please do use the return form. For us it’s important to know where it came from, so we can process it faster. 

How to return

1. Fill in the Return form
2. Inside the package you will find a DHL return sticker. (Benelux only)
3. Stick it on the package where it’s visible
4. Look on www.DHL.com were the nearest return station is.
5. Hand over the package and save the receipt.
6. Within 14 days after receiving your package we will procces your return and you will be notified by email
7. The products that you’ve send back to us will be checked and reimbursed Minus a €3,95 return fee.

For the other countries, you can send it back with any shipping company. Make sure you save the receipt. We charge no extra handling costs.

RETURN in store

It’s only possible to return your order at our headquarters in Amsterdam (see contact page), or to send it back.

 Exchange items

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any articles. The purchase amount of all the returned items will be reimbursed as soon as we have received them. If you wish to exchange any articles, please place a new order.

RETURN costs

There is a return fee of €3,95. This is only to cover the shipping costs.

If you don’t use our DHL return label, and pay the shipping yourself, there is no return fee.

Time to process a return

From the moment you’ve returned your order to a courier or at a DHL Access Point, it can take up to a week before we receive your order at our office. We check every returned order. As soon as this check has been made, we order the reimbursement of (a part of) your payment. It can take up to a week for you to receive your reimbursement depending on your payment method (bank, credit card etc.). If the entire order has been shipped back to us, we will also reimburse the initially paid shipping costs.

The amount will be reimbursed to the account which you used to order within 14 days of your package being delivered to us.
