TRACK ORDER As soon as your order has been processed, your will receive a confirmation mail including a DHL track and trace code. Click on the code and you will be directed to the website of DHL.
CHANGE ORDER When you’ve placed and paid for your order, it’s prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is ‘completed’, you can no longer change your order.
CANCEL ORDER That depends on the shipping status. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com or dial +31(0)206063095 as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

PICK-UP POINTS DHL uses pick-up points in France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. That means that in this countries it’s not possible to deliver your package at home.
DELIVERY TIME Benelux: the delivery time is in 2 working days. It might arrive sooner, but no guarantees. Other countries: the delivery time is between 2-4 working days.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ABROAD Both shipping and invoice address must be in one of these countries (see other countries above).
PAYMENT METHODS We accept all major payment methods. including, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Mister cash, Sofort and Ideal. We do not charge extra for these services.
INVOICE Yes. You’ll receive confirmation of your order by email, including the invoice. A Return form, will be included with the items that we send to you.
RETURN RULES We only accept returns and claims from products that were bought at our webshop.
In the interest of hygiene we cannot accept returns with missing tags, original packaging and/or hygienic sticker. Items may be returned within 30 days after receiving them. You cannot exchange items. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method, to your account.
Return costs inside and outside the Benelux: you pay for the return costs.
RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX Yes, but please use the return form. For us it’s important to know where it came from, so we can process it faster.
RETURN FROM THE BENELUX 1. Fill in the Return form 2. Inside the package you will find a DHL return sticker. 3. Stick it on the package where it’s visible 4. Take a look at https://parcelshopfinder.dhlparcel.com/ for the nearest DHL return station. 5. Hand over the package and save the receipt. 6. Within 14 days after receiving your package we will process your return and you will be notified by email 7. The products that you’ve send back to us will be checked and reimbursed minus the return fee if you used the return label.
RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE BENELUX For the countries outside of the Benelux, you can use any shipping company. Make sure you save the receipt.

TIME TO PROCESS A RETURN From the moment you’ve returned your order it can take up to a week before we receive it at our office.
As soon as we’ve checked your return, we order the reimbursement of (a part of) your payment within 14 days.
It can take up to a week for you to receive your reimbursement depending on your payment method.
